As your trainer, I’m here to help you meet your fitness goals in a way that saves time and maximizes results. Personal training sessions are just under an hour and tailored to each client’s individual needs and goals.
No special equipment is needed. Our trainers meet you at your fitness level and keep workouts diverse, challenging, and extremely effective. PT sessions are available indoors, outdoors, at your home, office, or local parks. if you’re located outside the Greater Houston area, virtual training sessions are also available over Facetime or Zoom. You pick the location that’s most convenient and comfortable for you.
