As your trainer, I’m here to help you meet your fitness goals in a way that saves time and maximizes results.  Personal training sessions are just under an hour and tailored to each client’s individual needs and goals. 

No special equipment is needed. Our trainers meet you at your fitness level and keep workouts diverse, challenging, and extremely effective. PT sessions are available indoors, outdoors, at your home, office, or local parks. if you’re located outside the Greater Houston area, virtual training sessions are also available over Facetime or Zoom. You pick the location that’s most convenient and comfortable for you.

Power-up and power-on for Keridon's one-on-one personal training sessions - now online! You will have one-on-one training time with Keridon via your tablet, computer or smart phone.

how it works

  • Schedule a time for training.

  • Sign-on at your scheduled time and experience live one-on-one training wherever you are - with an internet connection. Most clients use: Facetime, Skype, Zoom or Google Hangouts.

  • All workouts will be customized to your personal goals.

Get nutritional counseling virtually

Cleaning up your nutrition has never been easier! Advanced technology makes it possible for your nutritionist, Keridon, to create a specific nutrition profile that’s right for you.

How it Works

  • You’ll have access to an online food journaling platform that will be used as an accountability and teaching tool throughout the week.

  • Online meetings (via Facetime, Skype, Zoom or Google Hangouts) will be used to review your food journal and make refinements that will help you meet your goals in no time.

  • You’ll also receive help with meal plans that make sense for your life as well as grocery store guidance.
