How did you achieve your goals?

By listening to Keridon. As important as working out with her has been, I really believe it's the change in diet that's made the biggest impact for me. Of course, she helped me with that as well.

What impact has losing the weight and eating healthier had on your life?

I will try things now that I wouldn't have tried last year, like recently attempting to climb Mt. Elbert when I was in Colorado. I made it to 13,500 ft before I had to turn around because of breathing troubles at that altitude. The amazing thing is that last year I wouldn't have even tried.

 

Mike, is there anything else you would like to share?

Basically, I've been heavy my entire life, and had managed to convince myself that I couldn't do it. I lost the first 75 pounds in 6 months. If I can do it, anyone can.


Ann Zuspan

Goal: Reduce Blood Pressure & Increase Fitness

I was heavy, out of shape, and had been diagnosed with high blood pressure at the age of 43. I started training with Keridon in June, 2007. We selected simple goals: reduce my blood pressure medicine through diet and exercise. To achieve those results, Keridon helped me set both dietary and fitness goals and worked with me on a weekly basis. It was hard work, but Keridon motivated me when I was tired and inspired me with her energy.

By December, I had lost 20 pounds, gained significant muscle definition (who knew I had them!), reduced my resting heart rate and cut my blood pressure medication by 75 percent. I have gained so many other benefits. I have so much more energy to play with my three children. I am not so fatigued by the end of the day. My self esteem has soared, and I love shopping for new (smaller) clothes! There is NO way I think I could have achieved these results on my own. Thanks, Keridon, for pushing me to do my very best and achieve my goals.


Karen Gunn

Goal: Improve Eating Habits & Strengthen Core

I met Keridon after going through physical therapy for a strained back. I work full time and had an 8-month old baby and a 3-year old so working out and eating healthy seemed impossible to me. Starting with Keridon, I didn’t know what to expect, but I was soon pleasantly surprised. She is energetic and motivational. She soon had me changing my eating habits to healthier choices and helped me to understand how to make the most of the limited time that I have to exercise. I have been working with Keridon since 2003 and I am in the best shape of my life due to Keridon’s guidance. I even had the courage to take part in a triathlon this past spring in which I place third woman overall.


Andrew Tugwell

Goal: Weight Loss & Muscle Tone

It has been a year and 101 pounds later after I met Keridon. I have had great success and made a lot of progress in terms of inches and weight loss.

I have stayed interested because the workouts are never boring. Keridon is always a motivational trainer first and a friend second. She is energetic and motivating, always encouraging me to reach maximum performance. She is knowledgeable of my various health issues during weight loss, and now as I phase into muscle growth and development. She is always organized. Keridon has a strong understanding of the functions and vital processes of the human body. She designed and delivered custom personal nutrition and physical fitness training programs for me that have proven to be very effective.

Keridon has been very professional, very helpful and is very accommodating when trying to arrange schedules to try and keep training a priority.


Jennifer Lochridge

Goal: Control Diabetes through Weight Loss

I am very grateful to have Keridon Davis McMahon on my team to improve my physical fitness and health.

In July of 2007 I was diagnosed with Type II Diabetes, and since working out with Keridon my blood sugar is well under control. I have lost 25 lbs and have increased my fitness and stamina. I have no problem climbing stairs or getting up and down from the floor which is great when you have four grandchildren to play with. Keridon and I have worked together on diet and having her partner with me has helped me to stay focused toward my goal. I would recommend her program to anyone.


Jenny Carter

Goal: Overcome Eating Disorder & Depression

I am 41 years old and was diagnosed with Clinical Depression and Anorexia on January 31, 2007. I had lost two waist sizes and weighed about 98 pounds. I got medical help but I couldn't do anything to help myself alone. I found Keridon and have been with her ever since.

I have since gained 24 pounds in muscle alone and am now eating much healthier. If I hadn't found Keridon, I don't know where I would be today. She has been my personal trainer, my counselor and my friend. She pushes me when I need to be pushed and laughs when I need to smile. I now only see a psychiatrist once every four to five months, and no longer need therapy.

Keridon is a blessing I never ever thought I would need or find. Thank you Keridon!
