What certifications and education do you have?
National Academy of Sports Medicine with specialties including Pre-Natal and Geriatric, Apex Fitness Group, International Fitness Professionals Association, Aerobics and Fitness Association of America,American Council on Exercise, Bachelors degree in Exercise Science with minor in Nutrition and Dietetics from Abilene Christian University.
Who do you coach?
Anyone wanting to make a change and improve their quality of life! Current clients range from age 12-81 with athletic abilities all across the board. Living Patterns coaches children, teens, athletes off-season (sports-specific), and rehabilitation clients. If you can dream it, we can help you do it!
Where do I have to go for fitness training?
We come to you! Indoor and outdoor training is available at your home, office, or park. You pick the location that works best for you. Our training is very personal. At a gym you feel like one in thousands. With in home training its completely one-on-one with no extra distractions or insecurities. The awkwardness of being watched by strangers is eliminated and you save time driving back and forth to the gym. For online program information, click HERE.
Do I need to buy additional equipment?
No, everything you will need is provided. If you already own fitness equipment it will be included in your workout regimen.
What nutritional services do you offer?
Living Patterns offers a unique pantry clean-out there in your kitchen while designing your own menu. We will provide you with dining out strategies so that you don’t have to go out with your friends or family unarmed. We’ll even assist you with your grocery shopping there at the store. What if I'm pregnant or hoping to get pregnant soon?
There are numerous benefits to exercising during pregnancy. Not only is it safe, current research indicates that exercising moms-to-be gain less excess weight, experience shorter labors, and, most importantly, have healthier, more intelligent babies. Take it from a mom who knows!

If you're creative, you can store your equipment in even the smallest space! Think about these options: bookshelf storage; the corner of a room; under your bed; in your garage; in your basement; in a rubbermaid tote; in a pantry; or on the bottom shelf of your closet.
