It's simple, healthy, and delicious, so enjoy.
Crockpot Hawaiian Chicken
1 Cup Pineapple Chunks
3 Cloves Garlic, minced
Salt and Pepper
Put all ingredients in a freezer bag and freeze if making later (be sure to thaw in refrigerator the night before).
Empty bag in the crockpot.
Cook on Low for 4-6 hours. Shred chicken with two forks while still in the crock pot so the chicken will be well coated with sauce. Serve over rice.
